O Programa de Segurança Preventiva para vítimas de Medida de Proteção de Emergência (UPM) consiste na disponibilização de um dispositivo/aplicativo – software desenvolvido pela Secretaria de Estado de Segurança, que será instalado em um dispositivo de telefone celular como um smartphone ou um dispositivo móvel para proteção preventiva de rastreamento, acionado pelo botão “PRECISO DE AJUDA”, para ser destinado a vítimas de crimes de violência doméstica e familiar que se encontrem em risco extremo de violência ou violência de longa duração. Medida de Proteção (MPU). O aplicativo/dispositivo possibilita chamar a polícia, de forma prioritária, com apenas um toque na tela inicial do dispositivo.
