Activate Your Vaccine Mode (2025–2026): Local Strategy to Strengthen Community Immunization

(V.D.03) Education, (V.D.04) Healthcare, (V.D.08) Affordability, (V.D.10) Vulnerable Families

“Activate Your Vaccine Mode” is an initiative promoted to strengthen vaccination coverage and encourage the prevention of vaccine-preventable diseases in the city of Santa Fe. This policy is aimed at improving access to vaccines included in the National Immunization Schedule through the reduction of territorial, organizational, and opportunity-related inequalities.

Through a mobile vaccination unit, the initiative operates in strategic community spaces — including public squares, educational institutions, public offices, events, and other territorial hubs — prioritizing at-risk populations, individuals with incomplete vaccination schedules, and communities with reduced access to the healthcare system.

The program promotes a territorial and community-based approach to healthcare, strengthening prevention, accessibility, and public awareness as essential components of a more inclusive and resilient city.
