Through territorial workshops, the training of community prevention agents, active listening spaces, and interinstitutional coordination, the program promotes protective factors, strengthens family and community networks, and facilitates access to care and support services for vulnerable populations.

The initiative seeks to build safer, more inclusive, and supportive environments for families, especially for children, adolescents, young people, and individuals experiencing social exclusion and problematic substance use.
