Housing should be accessible to everyone in Carinthia as a basic need.
As the provider of private housing rights, the state supports both renters and homeowners—depending on the financial capacity of the individual or household—in accessing and maintaining housing through a socially graded housing subsidy that includes assistance with operating costs and heating costs, or through socially graded operating cost support that includes assistance with heating costs.
