The “Nuevo Horizonte” Health Center of the Municipality of Santa Fe is the city’s only municipally managed clinical healthcare institution and represents a model of comprehensive primary healthcare aimed at ensuring equitable access to health services across the territory.

Through an interdisciplinary and community-based approach, the center provides medical care, vaccination services, mental health support, social assistance, physical activity programs, sexual and reproductive health services, and home-based care support. The initiative contributes to strengthening the overall well-being of families and vulnerable populations, promoting social inclusion and access to healthcare services.

The program prioritizes prevention, proximity, and community care as key pillars for building a more inclusive and sustainable city.
