Aim of the Good Practice

To provide families with tools to address parenting challenges and support the educational trajectories of children and adolescents. The initiative also seeks to strengthen the relationship between families and schools. The program is implemented through in-person workshops in schools, requested by school management teams and organized around the themes of Learning, School Coexistence, and Parenting Guidelines; synchronous virtual workshops with a monthly agenda focused on different topics related to parenting and family support; and a virtual platform with asynchronous content — such as courses, videos, guides, and downloadable resources — allowing each family to access practical tools according to their schedules and needs. In addition, the program organizes meetings and special events related to current and emerging issues within the educational and social agenda. All activities are developed by multidisciplinary teams composed of specialists in education, mental health, emotional education, and parenting, with a focus on supporting children and adolescents throughout the different stages of their development. The program also combines common guidelines with adaptation to different contexts, reinforcing its continuity and purpose and consolidating a sustained policy of shared responsibility between schools and families.
