  • The profile of individuals served at the day care center includes people over the age of 60 with dependency issues who have chronic illnesses, multiple health conditions, limited autonomy, and who require specialized social and health care, medical supervision, nursing care, or rehabilitation that cannot be adequately provided at home.
  • A follow-up evaluation of the individual objectives proposed in the PAI is conducted periodically (at most every six months), using the same inventory employed in the initial assessment, from a pre-post intervention evaluation approach. Based on this evaluation, the maintenance of the objective or its adjustment is determined.
  • It is applied regularly and consistently. It produces reliable and predictable results. It maintains standards and quality without significant variations. It ensures that all involved individuals clearly understand the rules and procedures.
  • Verify whether the practice meets the established objectives. Identify strengths and areas for improvement. Ensure that the results are beneficial and sustainable. Make informed decisions to replicate, adapt, or correct the practice.
