The program fosters a musical culture in girls and boys between the ages of 12 and 17, promoting the development of a solid cultural identity and a sense of belonging, camaraderie and deep-rooted values. It is a program led by 40 highly trained teachers, deployed in 5 locations (Public Secondary Schools), offering classes from Monday to Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The educational method is based on the experience and musical knowledge of the instructors, with whom 50 musical bands have been formed, who have participated in the holding of 2 Great Christmas Festivals, organization of 3 Musical Experience Clinics with international Cumbia artists. Thus establishing an educational and cultural model for boys and girls in the City
