Paraná Acessível is a portal aimed at people with disabilities in the state of Paraná. The platform allows users to consult information about the accessibility of public and private establishments, evaluate them based on user experience, and access specific legislation related to inclusion. It also gathers news and informative content aimed at the disabled community and consolidates data on the population with disabilities, facilitating the exchange of information between state agencies. In this way, Paraná Acessível becomes an essential tool for mapping, statistical analysis, and the development of more inclusive public policies.
Evaluation of the Good Practice
City halls will play an essential role in improving the Paraná Acessível database. Each municipality will nominate someone responsible to answer a survey form, covering eight fundamental areas: Social Assistance, Culture, Education, Work, Sport, Health, Tourism and Urbanism. The information collected will help create more effective local strategies to increase accessibility.
