Supported Housing

Supported housing is defined as functional, small-scale homes located within the community environment, where a group of 4 to 10 people with intellectual disabilities and limited or extensive support needs live together on a stable and long-term basis, operating under a partially self-managed system.

• Implementation period: In 2024. Annual Good Practices Plan (BBPP) with biweekly monitoring by the team of professionals to assess intervention needs in the individual management of the residents of IVASS's supported housing.
